Active substance:
Mahonia aquifolium mother tincture

The bark of the plant used to manufacture the mother tincture provides natural substances apt to reduce the accelerated growth of skin cells and inflammatory conditions induced by psoriasis. It soothes inflamed skin patches, reduces the building-up of scaly patches, and gradually improves the skin condition. These beneficial effects usually become fully noticeable after 10-20 days. Rubisan® Salbe N and Creme (ointment and cream) are usually very well tolerated, and thus can be used for long-term treatment. Rubisan® is also suitable for application in the face or on the neck. Ointment dressings have proven especially effective.

Indications:
The indications derive from the homeopathic drug picture. For the ointment, this includes dry skin eruptions, e.g. as found in psoriasis between the flares. For the cream, this includes dry skin eruptions such as mild to moderate forms of psoriasis.

In severe inflammations of the skin, purulent skin or fever, or if conditions persist, are unclear or new, consult a doctor since diseases requiring medical clarification might be involved.
